Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform complex duties including working outstanding insurance claims and resolving edits and denials.
  • Conduct follow-up by interfacing with payers and communicating with business partners.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and contribute to standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; medical billing experience helpful but not required.
  • Knowledge of medical insurance terminology and basic ICD-10/CPT codes.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team with attention to detail.
