Responsibilities:
- Analyze and process a variety of complex medical claims for accuracy and compliance.
- Adjudicate claims according to program guidelines, using critical thinking for complex scenarios.
- Ensure prompt processing and resolve barriers with effective problem-solving.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent with five years of medical claims processing experience.
- Familiarity with ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems and medical terminology.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
