RCM Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with billing specialists and vendors to ensure services are coded correctly, documentation supports billed services, and common denial risks are caught early.
• Manage complex patient cases by reviewing clinical documentation, owning CPT/ICD-10 coding, and submitting claims for complex cases.
• Monitor changes in payer policies and stay up to date on behavioral health and psychiatry guidelines to ensure optimized coding and billing practices.

Your Background:

• Advanced proficiency with ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems, plus experience with EHR systems and medical billing software.
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in medical coding and billing, with behavioral health claim management experience strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual compensation of $60,000-80,000 with full health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
