Key Responsibilities:
- Complete pre-charting on comprehensive home health assessments in MatrixCare EMR.
- Assist with post-charting by accurately documenting clinical notes and required details.
- Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or higher in healthcare-related field preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Medical Scribe with home health documentation required.
- Hands-on proficiency with MatrixCare EMR and strong understanding of OASIS and care planning.
