Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain client profiles by accurately inputting information into the client's system.
• Work closely with clinical staff to retrieve necessary information for processing patient claims.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of client information, review claim documentation for compliance.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of clinical wound care experience is essential.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of PCC and Brightree systems is preferred.
