AR Specialist

Your Responsibilities:

• Follow-up with payers for timely resolution of outstanding claims via phone or websites.
• Meet daily productivity/quality standards and utilize workflow systems.
• Analyze claims issues, initiate appeals, and handle under/over-payments.

To Succeed in this Role:

• Minimum 2 years in AR or healthcare billing, preferably in skilled nursing.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance billing.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Excel.
