Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full medical billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.
- Monitor and follow up on aging Accounts Receivable (AR) and outstanding claims.
- Investigate and resolve claim denials, payment discrepancies, and reimbursement issues.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in medical billing, AR, and provider credentialing.
- Strong understanding of complete RCM process and hands-on experience with Athena.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Work Environment:
- Fully remote position with schedule aligned to U.S. Eastern Time (ET) zone.
- Part-time initially with opportunity to transition into full-time based on business needs.
- Requires reliable computer, stable internet, professional headset, and quiet home office.
