Clinical Compliance Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Run reports in HHA Exchange to identify completed nursing supervisory visits.
• Review nurse visit records and locate supervision forms, then update caregiver profiles.
• Upload forms to personnel files and verify documentation for accuracy and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or healthcare education preferred.
• Experience in healthcare administration, home health, compliance, or medical records preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook, and strong organizational skills.
