Maintain quality and productivity standards for client programs.
Accurately document Information Requests, Adverse Events, and Product Quality Complaints.
Conduct study compliance calls for clinical research trials.

Requirements:

Current nursing registration with PRC in the Philippines.
Experience in medical information or healthcare call centers preferred.
Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office applications.
