Medical Information Specialist III

Job Purpose/Overview:

• Serve as a frontline specialist delivering virtual or telephonic support to customers and healthcare professionals.
• Act as a subject matter expert for complex drug and medical device information.
• Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations and company procedures.

Key Duties:

• Maintain quality and productivity standards for client programs.
• Identify and document adverse events and product quality complaints.
• Provide patient support for enrolled programs and collect demographic data.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist in the Philippines with a BPharm or PharmD.
• Knowledge of US healthcare systems and pharmacovigilance preferred.
• Excellent English communication and organizational skills.

Leadership Responsibilities:

• Understand how individual contributions impact team and business results.
• Build effective networks and relationships to improve collaboration.
• Act as a resource and mentor for less experienced team members.
