New Patient Account Coordinator (PAC)

Role Overview:

• Remote, full-time position supporting patient account coordination for wound care therapies.
• Focus on insurance authorizations, billing, and training staff on documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process paperwork to ensure timely insurance authorizations and product delivery.
• Serve as point of contact for e-commerce demonstrations and enrollments.
• Develop strategies to increase electronic ordering and streamline first-time submissions.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma required; LVN/LPN preferred.
• 1 year wound care experience and 2 years in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of insurance reimbursement and billing.
