About the Role:
- Support patients in determining program eligibility and collecting necessary records.
- Ensure patients start the program safely and in a streamlined manner.
- Report to the Manager, Eligibility in a full-time remote role.
What You Will Do:
- Review patient records and clinical documentation to accurately determine eligibility.
- Manage requesting, faxing, and tracking medical records from external providers.
- Maintain clear communication with patients and colleagues throughout the eligibility process.
About You:
- Experience in medical record review and collection.
- Proficiency with EMR systems and strong organizational skills.
- Active Medical Assistant Certification and knowledge of HIPAA.
