Responsibilities:
- Determines records to be released by reviewing requestor information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Logs medical record requests into ROI On-Line database and scans records.
- Answers phone calls and responds to walk-in customers regarding medical records.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrates proficiency using computer applications and data entry.
- Strong verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- High School Diploma/GED required; prior ROI experience and HIPAA knowledge preferred.
Compensation:
- Base pay is one element of the total compensation package.
- Eligible employees may have access to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) plan.
- Pay range is USD $16.00 - $22.00 per year.
