What You'll Do:
- Lead all medical records and release of information operations.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, state regulations, payer requirements, and CARF standards.
- Design and implement scalable HIM workflows, policies, and tracking systems.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in Health Information Management, Medical Records, or related healthcare operations.
- Strong working knowledge of HIPAA Privacy Rules and medical records regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
