Responsibilities:
- Manage ROI requests and monitor medical records inbox for HIPAA compliance.
- Submit records requests to external facilities and track to completion.
- Coordinate outgoing referrals and ensure documentation in patient chart.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma and 1–3 years of experience in healthcare or medical records.
- Experience with EMR systems (Athena preferred) and knowledge of HIPAA.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Work Environment:
- Remote position with preference for Minnesota candidates.
- Authorized to work in the United States required.
