Relief Referral Coordinator

Accountabilities:

• Receive, review, and process incoming referrals and supporting documentation from external providers.
• Interpret medical terminology, diagnostic information, and ICD-10 codes to ensure accurate referral intake.
• Manage referral records within Epic and communicate with providers to resolve discrepancies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of ambulatory clinic experience, or equivalent combination.
• Proficiency with Epic and strong understanding of referral management workflows.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, medical terminology, and ability to work independently in a high-volume environment.
