Lead the product roadmap for Higharc’s Showroom experience, from vision to execution, and drive product discovery through research with homebuyers, builders, sales teams, and other stakeholders. Translate business goals and user needs into product strategy, requirements, and UX. Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver scalable solutions with user impact and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to inform GTM strategy and optimize builder success. Define and track success metrics tied to user engagement, conversion, and customer ROI.
