Senior Product Designer

You'll expertly apply your advanced knowledge of design fundamentals and platform standards, delivering detailed design deliverables and high-quality experiences that contribute to business objectives and world-class end-to-end experiences. You’ll independently conduct research using a range of qualitative and quantitative methods to identify patterns and insights that inform your design decisions. You'll effectively communicate design ideas with others, constructing evidence-based arguments to support your decisions and direction in documents, presentations, and in person. You'll have a strong understanding of Xero's strategy and contribute to the product vision and roadmap. You'll demonstrate design leadership by effectively partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment on design solutions and advocate for user-centered approaches.
