Software Engineer, Backend

Responsibilities:

• Own the delivery of high quality software projects, coordinating with teammates and stakeholders to hit mutually agreed upon timelines.
• Contribute to all phases of product development across specification, implementation, code review, QA testing, deployment, and operations.
• Seek context and rapidly iterate on solutions to eliminate ambiguity and drive projects forward.

Qualifications:

• A 4-year technical degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on software development experience with strong individual contribution.
• Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, SQL, and familiarity with Typescript/React and AWS.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Generous cash salary range of $160,000-$240,000 plus significant equity.
