Job Description
We're seeking an entry-level Software Engineer to join our New Patient Experience team at Talkiatry. This team is responsible for the critical journey that guides patients from their first interaction with our platform through to their first appointment with a provider. You’ll be part of a highly collaborative, fast-moving group that values thoughtful design, user-centric features, and quality execution. As an engineer on this team, you'll build and maintain features across the full stack—helping patients easily understand, access, and navigate mental health care with empathy and clarity.
You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to develop and ship new patient-facing features from start to finish; build clean, maintainable, and scalable fullstack TypeScript code using React and Next.js; and work across the stack from crafting intuitive frontend interactions to designing performant backend services and APIs.
