Job Description
As Founder’s Associate, you’ll act as the right hand to the Founder & CEO, helping drive execution across all areas of the business — from operations and strategy to product, growth, and expansion. This is a founder-track role for someone who wants to learn how to build and scale a company firsthand. You’ll gain exposure to every function, lead critical projects, and help transform ideas into real-world results. The role involves execution partnership, strategic projects, research & analysis, hiring & team support, operational excellence, founder enablement, and expansion support.
