Senior Manager, Contract Manufacturing

About the Role:

• You will serve as the core operational bridge between Ollie and our manufacturing partners, ensuring fresh, human-grade recipes are produced safely and efficiently.
• This role is performed remotely in the U.S. with 25–30% travel for plant visits, audits, and partner onboarding.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily operations and strategic relationships at co-manufacturing sites, including contract negotiations and performance reviews.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across procurement, inventory, quality, and engineering teams to meet operational goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new contract manufacturing facilities to support growth.

Who You Are:

• You bring 5+ years of experience in contract manufacturing or plant operations within food or pet food.
• You have strong technical knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and human-grade manufacturing processes.
• You are analytical and proficient with ERP systems, supply planning, and yield metrics.
