Hardware NPI Project Management:

Build and maintain integrated launch plans, readiness checklists, and milestones.
Identify risks, track mitigation actions, and escalate blockers to ensure on-time deployment.
Coordinate hardware validation cycles and the transition from development to production.

BOM Management and Lifecycle Support:

Maintain the hardware Bill of Materials as the operational source of record.
Coordinate change control, cost impact tracking, and lifecycle transitions.
Support end-of-life activities and component substitutions with cross-functional alignment.

Support, Quality, and Metrics:

Coordinate hardware support issues with Support, Engineering, Operations, and vendors.
Monitor RMA volume, warranty usage, and cost drivers to identify risks.
Report launch readiness, milestone completion, and quality trends to stakeholders.

Process Improvement:

Analyze execution gaps and recommend improvements to launch planning and documentation.
Implement approved changes to established processes.
