In the role of an Outbound Collections Representative, you will specialize in one brand through our comprehensive 4-week training program. Following the completion of training, you will be responsible for managing and collecting overdue payments from customers through proactive outreach. The role involves negotiating payment arrangements, resolving account discrepancies, and maintaining positive customer relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
