Senior Lead Designer

Flock Safety is looking for a Senior Lead Designer who thrives at the intersection of user insight and design execution. The ideal candidate will have strong product design skills, a creative problem-solving mindset, and a moderate level of technical fluency to inform design decisions. Primary focus will be designing and supporting initiatives across web and mobile platforms, working with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, prototype solutions, and validate designs. In addition, you will also lead research and testing efforts to refine best practices and continuously improve the experience. Responsibilities include shaping the product experience, driving user research, and crafting intuitive, user-centered solutions.
