Profile Description:
- Deliver on-site education for Plan Sponsor Participants.
- Conduct educational seminars/webinars focusing on Plan features and investments.
- Meet one-on-one to conduct financial advisory investment counseling sessions with employees.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retirement/financial services
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
