• Assist in identifying new land acquisition opportunities and maximize the profit of existing and proposed land assets.
• Conduct research and provide analysis to align with the Division's land strategy and business plan goals.
• Contact landowners, use online appraisal district maps, and maintain a tracking log of viable tracts and comparable transactions.

• Utilize multiple methods of contact (text messaging, e-mails, phone calls) to reach prospective sellers
• Set appointments for Real Estate Consultants to continue the sales process
