Senior AI Applications Developer

Swayable is seeking a Senior AI Applications Developer that blends full stack software development expertise with agentic AI and machine learning experience to advance the state of the art analytics engine that powers our core product. In this role, you will be part of the team that productizes all AI, machine learning, and data analysis at Swayable. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and continuously improving our AI based applications. You will work with a talented and diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and research staff to build new features and solve novel problems across the spectrum of software engineering, data visualization, and science. Responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining LLM/ML systems, developing and optimizing LLM Agents, building scalable technical infrastructure, applying ML and AI techniques to big-data and observability problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and promoting software engineering best practices.
