Senior Software Engineer

Versant is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our FinTech team to design, build, and scale high-quality global software solutions that handle high-volume payment processing and fund distribution. As a Senior Software Engineer on our team, you will design, implement, and maintain reliable systems for processing payments, scheduling payouts, and reconciling transactions. You will also ensure funds distribution happens on time and at scale, with strong SLAs and monitoring while integrating with third-party payment processors, banks, and financial networks. The role involves implementing and improving automated reconciliation, ledgering, and reporting pipelines and driving process improvements in CI/CD, monitoring, alerting, and observability for financial workflows.
