Key Responsibilities:
- Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain a checklist of required documents and track status.
- Conduct initial data entry and verification of borrower information.
Pipeline Management & CRM Administration:
- Manage the loan pipeline in the CRM system (Salesforce).
- Track and report on key KPI pipeline metrics.
- Create and maintain standardized intake workflows.
Borrower Relationship & Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for nonprofit borrowers.
- Educate borrowers on process milestones and expected timelines.
- Proactively re-engage applicants who stall in the pipeline.
