Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain loan files in LOS and CRM
- Review applications for accuracy and completeness
- Keep digital files organized and compliant
Client Communication:
- Act as a secondary point of contact for borrowers
- Provide status updates via phone and email
- Request missing documents and explain next steps clearly
Experience:
- 3–4 years of mortgage industry experience (required)
- Strong understanding of mortgage documentation & loan structure
- Experience with LOS systems (Encompass, Calyx, LendingPad, etc.)
