Spend Management Coordinator

Role Overview:

• You'll own the day-to-day management of corporate spend program, including Brex card platform and expense policy enforcement.
• You'll report directly to the Senior Accounting Manager and partner with employees across the company.

What you’ll do:

• Monitor card activity and follow up on unusual transactions, maintain accurate records, and review expense reports.
• Track department budgets and build simple reports summarizing spend trends and variances.
• Support month-end close by ensuring accurate categorization of card and expense data.

What We're Looking For:

• 0–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations; comfortable with spreadsheets and attention to detail.
• Clear professional communication and ability to manage recurring tasks without close supervision.
• Trustworthy with sensitive financial information; nice to have experience with Brex or Ramp.
