Director, Payer - Policy Analysis & Reimbursement Strategy

Responsibilities:

• Leading the strategic development and execution of payer policy analytics.
• Overseeing the creation and management of proprietary payer knowledge.
• Monitoring changes in coverage and reimbursement trends.

Collaboration:

• Partnering with internal teams (Market Access, Reimbursement, Analytics, Clinical, Regulatory).
• Collaborating with sales and business development teams.
• Representing the organization in client meetings and quarterly business reviews.

Mentorship and Development:

• Mentoring payer analysts and reimbursement specialists.
• Supporting professional development and performance feedback.
• Driving the development of dashboards and reporting tools.
