Job Description
As the Ads Sales Representative on the Kit Ads team, you will prospect and build strong advertiser relationships by conducting outbound outreach and managing inbound leads. The role involves meeting and exceeding revenue targets by owning quarterly and annual sales goals. Also, you'll deliver integrated campaign strategies by crafting campaign plans that yield measurable results. Managing the end-to-end sales cycle includes identifying potential advertisers, pitching new opportunities, negotiating terms, finalizing insertion orders, and ensuring proper billing and credit adherence. Maintaining detailed records and iterating sales playbooks are also required.
