Role Responsibilities:
- Onboarding & Implementation: Engage directly with customers to ensure they maximize platform value through integration and optimization.
- Solution Development: Build robust, scalable features and MVPs using full-stack technologies to directly improve customer outcomes.
- AI/ML Application: Design and iterate on AI solutions, including LLM prompting and voice tuning, to meet evolving use cases.
Technical & Collaboration Requirements:
- Full-Stack Proficiency: Strong experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python is required for application development.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Project Management: Prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.
