Staff Software Engineer, Growth

We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our Growth Engineering team, which is responsible for driving new tool development, user retention, monetization, cross-sell, internationalization, payments, and growth experimentation across QuillBot’s products. This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives in designing systems that directly impact millions of users and enjoys working in fast-paced, experiment-driven environments. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and data engineers to deliver features and experiments that accelerate QuillBot’s growth. Responsibilities include architecting for growth, providing cross-functional leadership, building monetization and payments platforms, designing AI-driven user journeys, creating retention and lifecycle systems, managing international expansion, owning foundational platforms, championing technical excellence, and shaping the growth roadmap.
