Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders as a strategic and supportive partner.
- Own the day-to-day accounts payable cycle, including company credit card coding and reconciliation, and routine month-end journal entries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to recommend and implement improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or 1–3 years equivalent experience, ideally including AP, GL, and account reconciliations.
- Licensed CPA or studying for CPA Exam preferred, with knowledge of GAAP principles.
- Strong technical skills in NetSuite or similar ERP, and solid Excel/Google sheets proficiency.
