New Staff Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reconcile bank accounts, and manage month-end close processes.
• Allocate costs across multiple companies and ensure accurate payroll allocation to general ledger accounts.
• Investigate financial discrepancies and maintain audit-ready records with attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 2+ years of general ledger experience.
• Proficiency with accounting software like NetSuite or QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to work independently in a remote setting.
