• Lead and oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
• Implement Agile project management principles and Scrum framework to lead department task management as well as drive project execution efficiency while adapting to changing requirements.
• Collaborate with department leads to allocate resources effectively, balancing workload across teams to optimize productivity and ensure project deadlines are met and tasks are prioritized & assigned.

• Manage the end-to-end purchasing process for capital equipment and automation.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, warranties, and service agreements with vendors.
• Maintain organized records of quotes, contracts, and POs to support audits.

• Lead financial planning and analysis initiatives for the supply chain.
• Develop complex financial models to drive critical business decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize performance in a flexible environment.

Optimize and enhance Workday environment, collaborating with business leaders to identify opportunities and design solutions. Provide system support to all department functions including business processes, feature implementation, and user experience. Manage Workday bi-annual releases, evaluate new features, and oversee adoption.
