Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer compensation programs to support company goals for recruitment and employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement complex variable compensation plans, including sales commissions and incentive programs.
  • Advise managers on pay decisions and ensure compliance with policies and budgetary guidelines.

Analysis and Compliance:

  • Participate in compensation surveys and conduct analysis to ensure market competitiveness and pay equity.
  • Review and validate compensation data for annual merit and bonus payouts using tools like CompXL.
  • Maintain job architecture and administer the compensation structure within the HRIS system (ADP).

Consultation and Training:

  • Function as a subject matter expert to HR and managers, resolving compensation-related issues.
  • Lead training sessions for managers on compensation policies and procedures.
  • Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports and analyses as required by the business.
