Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer compensation programs to support company goals for recruitment and employee engagement.
- Develop and implement complex variable compensation plans, including sales commissions and incentive programs.
- Advise managers on pay decisions and ensure compliance with policies and budgetary guidelines.
Analysis and Compliance:
- Participate in compensation surveys and conduct analysis to ensure market competitiveness and pay equity.
- Review and validate compensation data for annual merit and bonus payouts using tools like CompXL.
- Maintain job architecture and administer the compensation structure within the HRIS system (ADP).
Consultation and Training:
- Function as a subject matter expert to HR and managers, resolving compensation-related issues.
- Lead training sessions for managers on compensation policies and procedures.
- Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports and analyses as required by the business.
