Software Engineer

Feature Development:

• Design, build, ship, and maintain scalable features for the agentic chat loop within North.
• Take end-to-end ownership, from initial design and planning through implementation, testing, and delivery.
• Apply expertise to deliver at speed, making practical technical decisions that balance velocity with depth and quality.

Collaboration and Standards:

• Collaborate closely across teams, maintaining high standards for communication.
• Ensure thorough documentation and rigorous testing practices.
• Translate insights into actionable improvements by working closely with researchers, engineers, and product teams.

Technical Environment:

• Work with a tech stack including Python, TypeScript with React, and Postgres, deployed on Kubernetes.
• Focus on strong coding abilities and a customer-focused, product-minded approach.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments, adapting to evolving priorities and objectives.
