Job Description
The role of the Field Support Education Specialist, Ultrasound is to enhance the customer education experience by providing a high level of customer service and educational opportunities. Responsibilities include post sale remote installation and education, applications training, and veterinary scanning techniques. This role will also troubleshoot ultrasound technical support issues, serve as a lab instructor at Sound’s Academy of Veterinary Imaging providing hands on training, and provide onsite education and installation as needed.
This team of ultrasound educators provide comprehensive ultrasound education to Veterinarians, Veterinary Technicians and Sonographers who then implement learned techniques within their own practices.
