AI Architect (iGaming)

Technical Architecture and Implementation:

• Design and build working prototypes on the client's real game stack—mathematical engine, game backend, and client—to validate game ideas at scale.
• Own the technical architecture: model selection, deployment patterns, infrastructure, token economics, and monitoring.
• Create custom agentic setups (harness, loop, graph) that work across multiple AI systems like Claude Code and Codex.

Client and Team Collaboration:

• Present technical solutions to senior stakeholders and articulate why the approach is better than existing tools.
• Accept decisions once made and maintain a collaborative, low-ego working style with fast iteration.
• Lead and unblock AI engineers, run knowledge transfer sessions, and support proposal preparation with technical estimates.

Required Experience and Skills:

• 7+ years of hands-on AI/ML development with strong recent agentic AI practice and a prototype-first delivery record.
• iGaming or game-development domain expertise, including slot/casino game production, game math engines, and game logic.
• Consulting or client-facing seniority with experience as a technical lead in demanding enterprise settings.
