About the Role:
- Report directly to the CTO and lead development of the AI-powered product suite.
- Own the AI codebase as the most senior engineer, building alongside offshore engineers.
- Work across patient and provider growth, creating experiences that bring patients into care.
What we're looking for:
- 6+ years of software engineering experience with applied AI from prototype to production.
- Deep familiarity with modern AI systems: LLM APIs, RAG, agentic systems, and eval harnesses.
- Technical leadership experience with strong architectural decisions and product instincts.
