- Ship to production in your first week on systems pharmacists and patients depend on.
- Work AI-native with Claude, Cursor, and the like, knowing when to double-check output.
- Learn the domain deeply and level up through code review and pairing.

- Sharp CS fundamentals and evidence you love building.
- Learning velocity and high agency, with curiosity about the product.
