Staff Software Engineer

The Role:

• As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll be a senior individual contributor shipping meaningful product work while helping evolve how our teams build software.
• You'll operate full-stack across a modern codebase, influence technical direction, and drive AI-native development adoption.
• You'll lead through execution, pairing, and modeling strong practices, stepping in when the path is unclear and stepping back when others can own it.

What You’ll Do:

• You'll embed in key initiatives, ship features end-to-end, and ensure your work delivers real customer impact.
• You'll design, build, and ship features using AI as a core part of your workflow, from writing specs to generating code.
• You'll pair with engineers, drive ambiguous problems, and improve systems, practices, and team capability.
