What You'll Do:
- Drive large-scale technical initiatives from concept through production.
- Ship AI-native product experiences leveraging LLMs and agent frameworks.
- Lead system design and shape engineering standards for an AI-native codebase.
What We're Looking For:
- You build with AI daily and use Claude Code as a core part of your workflow.
- You think in systems and connect technical decisions to customer outcomes.
- You communicate clearly and can explain complex tradeoffs to stakeholders.
Skills and Experience:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience in senior or staff-level roles.
- Deep expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures, GraphQL, event-driven systems, and distributed databases.
