Data Abstraction
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement healthcare integration solutions connecting applications, EHR systems, claims systems, and public health partners.
- Engineer and configure MLLP gateways, Apache NiFi pipelines, Open Integration Engine adapters, and healthcare interfaces for complex data feeds.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, routing, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Healthcare Informatics, or related field with 10+ years of experience.
- Extensive experience with HL7 v2, MLLP, healthcare interface engines, data transformation, and message routing.
- Experience with Apache NiFi, Open Integration Engine, EHR integration, and complex healthcare data flows.
Additional Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Java, scripting, XML, JSON, SQL, APIs, and enterprise integration technologies.
- Experience with claims data, public health data, and FHIR-based integrations.
- Prior work supporting federal healthcare programs or government health organizations is preferred.
