Job Description

The Vice President of Demand Generation is responsible for driving measurable growth through a modern, AI-powered global demand engine. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this leader will own the strategy and execution that fuels pipeline for both new and expansion business, combining data-driven precision, creative excellence, and deep cross-functional collaboration to accelerate SPS Commerce’s revenue growth worldwide.

Key responsibilities include owning the Global Demand Engine by architecting and continuously optimizing a multi-channel demand generation strategy that integrates digital, community, events, partner, and content programs to deliver predictable, scalable pipeline growth. The role will also drive Pipeline and Revenue Growth, Lead AI-Enabled Marketing Innovation, Advance Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Oversee Digital Marketing Excellence, build a World-Class Events Program champion Data-Driven Performance And Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team.
