Job Description
Affect is looking for compassionate and motivated Telehealth Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Counselors to deliver virtual individual and group counseling sessions that support recovery and promote wellness. Key responsibilities include:
Conduct intake assessments to evaluate Member readiness and determine appropriate level of care.
Facilitate group and one-on-one counseling sessions using Affect’s evidence-based curriculum.
Provide crisis support and coordinate appropriate referrals when needed.
Maintain timely, accurate documentation in our electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Collaborate with clinical supervisors on individualized treatment and discharge planning.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all relevant state regulations.
Applicants must be licensed in their respective state. The salary range for this full-time position will commensurate with experience and professional license.
